Registration Requirements

To register a .MED domain, registrants must agree to the .MED Terms and Conditions. There are no additional restrictions or eligibility requirements for this TLD.

Pre-Registered Domains

Medistry LLC accepted pre-registrations until September 1st, 2025. 

• Pre-Registered domains require a valid token to register in the GA phase. 
• Registrars have until September 30th, 2025 at 14:00 UTCto complete these registrations.
  • Domains that have not completed registration by the deadline will be released back into the general availability pool on a first come first served basis
• Please note: OpenSRS did not participate in the Pre-Registration Phase.

Premium Domains

Premium domains will register and renew at a premium rate. The renewal price will be equal to the registration price.
